VegasNow support for Australian players: chat, email and complaints
Our customer care team looks after your VegasNow account, balance, documents and payments, and you can reach it through live chat inside the casino or by writing to support@vegasnow.com. This page shows which route suits which problem, what to put in a first message so nobody has to ask twice, and how to take a case further when a reply does not settle it.

Your VegasNow support options in one table
Every account question reaches the same customer care team; the route you pick decides how easy the case is to follow later on.
| Route | Use it for | Keep | Never send |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat, from the Live Support entry inside the casino | Quick questions while signed in: your welcome stage, the code box, an upload status | The case reference and the time | Passwords, one-time codes, card numbers |
| Email to support@vegasnow.com | Anything you may need to prove later: complaints, closure, a disputed clause, a refused payout | The full thread, replies included | The same, plus ID files unless support asks for them by email |
| The secure document route support gives you | Identity and payment proof, once it has been requested | The upload acknowledgement | Files nobody requested |
| Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858 | Confidential help when gambling is doing damage, to you or to a person close to you | Your agreed next step | Nothing; it is separate from your account |
Neither channel comes with a published reply time, and we will not invent one here. Ask instead for a case reference and the date the next update is due. Those two details make every follow-up quicker.
Live chat or email: matching the VegasNow channel to the job
Live chat opens from the Live Support entry inside the casino. It is the quicker fit for questions with a one-line answer about what is on your screen: whether the next deposit needs VEGAS2, whether an upload went through, whether a spin credit is still waiting on the deposit being played once.
Email to support@vegasnow.com suits the moments when a record matters more than speed. A thread keeps dates, amounts and the exact words of each reply together, which counts for complaints, closure requests and arguments over which rule was applied.
Chat first
"Where is", "which code" and "did it arrive" questions, asked while you look at the screen involved.
Email next
Once an answer needs a decision or a review, take the case reference and continue in writing.
One reference
Quote it in every message on either channel so the history reads as one case.
Moving from chat to email is fine. A second ticket for the same issue is what costs time, because someone has to piece the story together again.
Rules worth checking before you contact VegasNow
Plenty of questions are already answered by a rule in print. Find your symptom below and check the rule beside it: either the puzzle clears, or you now have a clause to quote. Figures are from our AU offer pages, payment tables and the general bonus terms of 26 February 2024, and your own account screen has the final word.
| What you notice | Rule to check |
|---|---|
| No match after a deposit | Offers start at A$20, yet card and MiFinity need A$30 and Cashtocode A$25; stages two, three and four need VEGAS2, VEGAS3 or VEGAS4 typed in when you pay |
| A new bonus was not added | Only one bonus runs at once, so an open offer blocks the next |
| Spins have not appeared | Welcome spins wait until the deposit has been played through once |
| An offer has vanished | Bonuses expire seven days after credit |
| Payout refused | Terms v2.3 want 3× turnover on each deposit; without it, a refusal or processing fee can follow |
| Payout smaller than hoped | A$5,000 cap per deposit bonus, A$300 cap on welcome spin winnings, and an A$8 top bet while a bonus is live |
| Bank request rejected | Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire accept between A$300 and A$6,000 for each request; MiFinity between A$30 and A$4,000 |
| No app in the store | No verified store app exists; VegasNow works in the mobile browser and can be pinned to your Home Screen, as the mobile guide shows |
Forgotten passwords are reset from the link inside Log In, so a ticket only makes sense when the reset email never comes or the registered inbox no longer exists.
What to include in a VegasNow support message
Your first message sets how many rounds of questions follow. Open with one line naming the problem, add the references, then say what you want to happen. These are the details that point our team at the right record.
| Problem | Put in | Leave out |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in fails | The wording of the error, the screen it shows on, device and browser, and whether the registered inbox still opens | Any password, old or current |
| Deposit missing | A$ amount, method, time and time zone, the provider reference and what each side shows | The long card number and CVV |
| Payout not received | Its reference, amount and method, when you asked, and the status in your account | Banking app screenshots |
| Documents requested | When the request came, what you sent and when, any rejection text quoted exactly | Unrequested extra files |
| Bonus or spins | Offer, stage, code, deposit reference and the condition you are querying | Requests for other promotions |
| Game froze | Title, studio, time and round ID if one is shown | Your guess at the outcome |
| Close or exclude | The request in plain words, plus a question on scope and start date | Anything about bonuses or depositing again |
One sentence of context usually beats a page of it. "A$45 by MiFinity, 8.10 pm AEDT Tuesday, still pending in the cashier" gives an agent more to go on than a long account of the wait.
Account access problems: describe where the process stops
"I can't log in" might mean the page never appears, the password gets turned down, or the account has a hold on it. Each has a different fix, so tell us exactly where things stop and what the screen says at that point.
The password stays out of it. No one on our team needs it, and anyone asking for it is not us. If you already tried a reset, give its time and result instead of starting over. If the registered inbox has closed, mention that first, since regaining the address is a step of its own. Our login guide covers resets, and the registration guide shows where identity checks fit in.
VegasNow payment queries: name the stage, not just the wait
Payments stall at different points, and each point belongs to someone different. For a deposit, send the provider reference, the A$ amount, the time and the status on both the provider's side and ours. For a withdrawal, say which stage your account shows:
- Requested: a reference exists.
- Under review: we are checking the account, perhaps for verification or deposit turnover.
- Approved: cleared to pay.
- Sent: now with the payment provider.
- Received: credited to your wallet or bank.
A date tied to one stage does not roll over to the next. When a promised update date goes by, mention it in the existing thread and ask for the current position.
Ranges and caps are not delays. Bank routes take nothing under A$300 or over A$6,000 in one request, MiFinity tops out at A$4,000, and daily, weekly and monthly account caps sit above both; big sums can arrive in instalments. Money returns to methods in your own name, to the deposit method where that applies. The withdrawals guide and payments page give the detail. PayID, POLi and Neosurf do not appear in the AU cashier at all, so there is nothing of that kind to trace.
Bonus credits and document requests at VegasNow
"My bonus is missing" leaves too many gaps: which stage, which deposit, which code, which day. Name the offer, quote the deposit reference and say which condition you think was or was not met. Then ask one direct question, such as whether the deposit qualified and, if not, which rule applied. Our promo codes page lists every stage with its match and code, so you can line them up first.
Document requests work the same way. Before uploading anything, it is fair to ask:
- what the document has to prove: identity, address or ownership of a payment method;
- which details must be readable and which can be covered;
- where the file should go, so it travels through the secure route rather than an open email.
Keep the upload acknowledgement. If a file is rejected, quote the rejection message. If an upload seems to have vanished, give the date and time you sent it. If a fresh document is requested after an earlier one was accepted, ask what changed. Those are three different follow-ups. Every bracketed message on this page is a template for your own facts, not a record of a real customer's case.
Worked example: a third deposit of A$85 with no bonus showing
Say the first two welcome stages are behind you and you put in A$85 by card for stage three: a 50% match capped at A$2,000 and 50 free spins, code VEGAS3. No bonus appears. Work out what should have landed, so the message names the gap precisely.
| Item | Calculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Match | 50% × A$85 | A$42.50 bonus |
| Bonus wagering | 40 × A$42.50 | A$1,700 of qualifying play |
| Deposit play before the spins | 1 × A$85 | A$85, then the 50 spins release |
| Time allowed | Bonus validity | 7 days |
| Largest bet while wagering | Bonus terms | A$8 |
Then four questions. Did VEGAS3 go in with the deposit? Was another bonus still open? Had the stage-two offer finished or expired? Has the A$85 been played once yet, the trigger for the spins rather than the match?
A missed code is not fixed automatically, because the offer depends on it; ask whether it can still be added. Prefer the A$85 with no 40× attached? Say so, since declining is allowed and easier to document than a dispute. For scale: at A$2 a spin on pokies counting 100%, A$1,700 of wagering is 850 spins within seven days.
Worked example: A$275 in the account, below the bank minimum
You deposited A$90 by MiFinity and A$45 by card, skipped the bonus, and now hold A$275. A PayAnyBank request bounces. That is a range issue rather than a hold-up: bank routes begin at A$300.
- Turnover. Each deposit needs three times its value in stakes. A$90 × 3 = A$270 and A$45 × 3 = A$135, so A$405 in all before the balance is clear of the refusal-or-fee rule.
- Route. Payouts head back to the deposit method where that applies. MiFinity handles A$30 to A$4,000, so A$275 fits; which route this account may use is for our team to confirm.
If verification or turnover comes up in the answer, deal with each one separately and keep the whole exchange under one reference. One warning: playing on to lift the balance over a threshold swaps a payment question for a gambling one, and balances fall as easily as they rise.
Who can act on your problem: VegasNow, your provider or an outside body
Writing to a body that cannot change anything wastes days. This is who controls what.
| Party | What it controls | Start with |
|---|---|---|
| VegasNow customer care | Logins, balances, bonuses, documents, payout stages, limits, closure and self-exclusion | Live Support or support@vegasnow.com |
| Your card issuer, MiFinity, Cashtocode or crypto wallet | Its part of the transfer, its own charges and any currency conversion. We absorb our deposit costs, but provider fees can still apply, and provider charges on withdrawals are the customer's | Its statement or transaction history |
| Curaçao Gaming Authority | The public licence entry: holder, status and approved domains | The validator linked below |
| Gambling Help Online | Confidential help with gambling harm, on 1800 858 858 | gamblinghelponline.org.au |
| These Australian pages | Plain-language explanations of offers, payments and rules | Balances and records live on vegasnow.com, not here |
In formal correspondence, use the licence holder's exact name, Just Entertainment B.V. (registered in Curaçao as company 160603), with licence OGL/2024/164/0246 and the date printed on whichever document you cite. Check both on the Curaçao validator; our licensing page walks through the record.
VegasNow complaints: what to do when a reply has not solved it
Under our published terms, a complaint begins with customer support, which reviews it internally. That gives you a route, not a promised result or turnaround, so make the complaint easy to review.
1. Stay in the same case
Reply under the existing reference. Quote the answer you disagree with and the question it left open.
2. Ask for the complaint process
Say plainly that you want a formal complaint, and ask for its reference and the next review step.
3. Set out the facts once
Dates, amounts, references, the clause in dispute and the outcome you want. Unrelated issues go in a separate case.
4. Check outside options carefully
Before going beyond our internal review, read that body's own scope and eligibility rules, and name the licence holder correctly.
Keep the tone factual. "Deposit A$130 on 3 November, withdrawal [reference] on 5 November, refused for turnover, though A$390 of wagering was reached on 4 November" is far easier to check than "the casino will not pay". The licence record tells you who holds the licence. It does not decide the dispute or award compensation.
Limits, closure and self-exclusion through VegasNow
A deposit limit caps how much goes in over a period. Closure ends the account. Self-exclusion locks you out for a chosen time. Name the one you want, ask us to confirm its scope and start date, and keep that reply.
Make the request stand alone; tacking on a promotion question blurs it. The same tools sit in your account settings, and the responsible gambling page covers each one.
Settings are only part of the answer when gambling is doing harm. Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support on 1800 858 858, including for people worried about someone else. BetStop is the national self-exclusion register covering wagering providers that hold an Australian licence. VegasNow holds a Curaçao licence instead, so a BetStop entry does not by itself close your account here; use our self-exclusion alongside it. If a support conversation ever nudges you towards a fresh deposit or bonus to recover losses, stop and report it.
Keeping your VegasNow account safe while you ask for help
Anyone can claim to be from support. These rules never change:
- We never need your password, a one-time code or a recovery link to look into a case.
- Our published address is support@vegasnow.com; check any other address against our own pages before replying.
- The @vegasnowcasino Instagram profile is a public social feed, so keep documents, account screenshots and payment references out of its direct messages.
- If a conversation shifts to a new channel, confirm that route is ours before sharing anything more.
Keep a short log: channel, date and time, case reference and a one-line note of what was said. It takes a minute and turns a hazy memory into something our team can act on.
VegasNow support: questions and answers
Where is VegasNow live chat?
Open the Live Support entry inside the casino. Chat suits short questions about something on your screen. If the matter needs a decision or a written record, ask for a case reference and continue by email to support@vegasnow.com.
What email address does VegasNow support use?
support@vegasnow.com. Write from the email registered to your account where you can, so our team can match the message to the right record, and put any existing case reference in the subject line.
How quickly will VegasNow support reply?
We do not publish a set reply time, so we will not promise a figure. Request a case reference and the date of the next update; if that date passes, reply in the same thread and quote it.
Can I phone VegasNow support?
The contact routes we publish for account help are live chat and support@vegasnow.com. An unexpected caller who says they work for us and wants a password or code is not our team: hang up and use those two routes.
Should I email my ID documents?
Only if support confirms that email is the correct route. Normally documents go through the secure route you are pointed to once a check has been requested. Ask what must be visible first, and keep the upload acknowledgement.
I forgot VEGAS3 at the cashier. Can support fix it?
You can ask, but the second, third and fourth welcome offers are published as code-dependent (VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4), so nothing is automatic. Quote the deposit reference and ask whether the code can still be applied.
Why can't I withdraw when my balance shows money?
Check three things: whether each deposit has been wagered three times, whether the amount fits the method's range (bank routes start at A$300), and whether verification is outstanding. An active bonus also brings its own caps and a seven-day clock.
Which company name goes in a formal complaint?
Just Entertainment B.V., the Curaçao company 160603 that holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246. Give the date on the document you cite as well, and confirm the entry on the Curaçao validator before sending.
Can these Australian pages see my account?
No. This site explains our offers, payments and rules for Australian players. Your balance, documents and case history sit in your account on vegasnow.com, so use live chat or email for anything account-specific.
Can I get help through Instagram?
Treat @vegasnowcasino as a public feed. Account details, documents and payment references do not belong in its direct messages; raise the issue through Live Support or our email address, where your case reference lives.
How do I close my account or self-exclude?
Use the tools inside your account, or email support@vegasnow.com stating whether you want a deposit limit, closure or self-exclusion. Request written confirmation of its scope and start date. For confidential support, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
