Our editorial policy: sources, dates and corrections
This page explains how the VegasNow Australia guides are put together: which document settles which kind of claim, how changes are dated and how to ask for a fix. It covers the whole site.

VegasNow editorial policy in brief
| Question | Our practice |
|---|---|
| Where do facts come from? | Our published terms, AU offer and cashier pages, the Curaçao licence record and studio material |
| Who writes the pages? | Samuel Thomas, iGaming writer |
| Is AI involved? | Yes, for research and drafting; every claim is then source-checked |
| What if a term changes? | The page is revised and its update date moves; until then, your account's version applies |
| How do I report an error? | Email support@vegasnow.com with the URL, the sentence and your source |
| What sits outside this policy? | Balances, verification and payments, which belong with customer support |
All of our content is written for adults 18+.
Which source settles which VegasNow claim
Each claim is matched to the document that governs it.
| Type of claim | Source we rely on |
|---|---|
| Licence holder, number, status, approved domains | The Curaçao Gaming Authority's public validator for OGL/2024/164/0246 |
| Bonus amounts, codes, wagering and caps | Our AU promotions page and general bonus terms dated 26 February 2024 |
| Account rules, own-name payments, 3× deposit turnover | Our general terms, version 2.3 (20 January 2024) |
| Deposit and withdrawal minimums and maximums | The AU cashier tables, for example A$30 minimum for card and MiFinity |
| Game features, editions and settings | The studio's own material for the exact title |
Comparison sites, forums and code lists are not sources for our terms. Where a live page and an older document disagree, we show both with their dates, and the version inside your account decides.
Facts, examples and conditions that depend on your account
A reader should always be able to tell a published rule from an illustration or a possibility. Every page follows these rules:
- Scope and date. Important claims name the product, market and document date they rest on.
- Labelled examples. Calculations are marked as examples and worked in full. An A$90 second deposit matched at 100% adds A$90 in bonus funds, and 40× of that is A$3,600 of wagering. Example bets stay at or under the A$8 cap.
- No invented voices. No ratings, testimonials, first-person play reports or player quotes.
- Domains kept apart. vegasnow.com is the approved casino domain on the licence record; other sites mentioning the brand are separate.
- Possibilities stay possibilities. A verification request, an instalment payout or a periodic cap is described as something that can apply, not as what will happen to you.
How a VegasNow page is prepared and checked
Gather the record
Collect the relevant VegasNow documents, the licence record and studio material, keeping each link next to the claim it supports.
Draft with assistance
AI tools help organise research and write a first draft in Australian English.
Check line by line
Each figure is matched to its source. Anything unsupported or contradicted is rewritten or removed.
Check the page itself
Links, mobile layout and structured data are reviewed as well.
Our pages explain published terms and public screens. They are not records of test deposits, bets or withdrawals, and a quoted processing time is a published statement, not a measured result.
Updates, dates and corrections at VegasNow
The update date on a page reflects a substantive revision, such as a changed offer condition or a new cashier limit. Older documents keep their own date beside the rule, so a newer page date never makes an old clause look like a fresh offer.
Asking for a correction
Write to support@vegasnow.com, mark the message as a content correction and include:
- the address of the page;
- the exact sentence or table row;
- a source supporting your version, such as a link to the current terms.
Once a correction is confirmed, we change the page and move its update date. Balance, document or withdrawal questions are account matters; our support page explains how to raise them.
Images and the author byline
Game artwork identifies the title it belongs to and remains the property of the studio concerned. Our about page explains who publishes the site.
VegasNow editorial policy: questions and answers
Who checks the facts on VegasNow pages?
The author, Samuel Thomas, checks every figure against the document it comes from before a page is published or revised.
Why do some pages quote 2024 dates?
Those are the issue dates of the governing documents, such as our general bonus terms of 26 February 2024. Keeping them visible shows which version a rule comes from.
What should a correction request include?
The page address, the exact passage and a source that supports the change. Send it to support@vegasnow.com.
Can a correction request sort out my account?
No. Balance and document questions go to support through live chat or email.
