VegasNow VIP and loyalty: points, levels and Sin City
Play for real money at VegasNow and you collect loyalty points as you go. One balance pays for bonuses in our Loyalty Store, another carries you up a ladder of seven levels named after Las Vegas landmarks, and beyond the ladder is Sin City, a VIP lounge you enter by invitation. Below are the rates, the thresholds and the store rows, with the sums done for you.

VegasNow loyalty at a glance
Our loyalty programme has a few moving parts, and it is easier to follow if you keep them separate from the start.
| Part | How it works | Key figure |
|---|---|---|
| Points | Earned on real-money wagers, at a rate that depends on what you play | 1 point per A$25 on slots |
| Levels | Seven named levels driven by status points, several split into I, II and III | Golden Glimmer I up to Bella Vista |
| Loyalty Store | Redeemable points swapped for bonus funds, at better rates on higher levels | 200 points for A$5 at entry level |
| Exchanged bonuses | Handled like any other bonus under our general terms | 40× wagering, seven days, A$8 max bet |
| Sin City | Our VIP lounge, entered by selection rather than by points | No published points threshold |
Everything here comes from our loyalty programme page, the Sin City VIP Lounge page and our general bonus terms. Where those pages leave a gap, such as the middle rungs of the level ladder, we leave the gap visible rather than guess at it.
Two point balances from every VegasNow bet
Each qualifying real-money wager feeds two counters at once. Redeemable points work like a wallet for the Loyalty Store: exchanging them reduces the balance. Status points are a running total, kept apart from what you spend, and that total sets your level. Your level then decides the exchange rate the store gives you, so the two counters work together even though they do different jobs.
Points follow stakes, not results. A night that finishes A$200 down and a night that finishes A$200 up earn the same points if the total staked was the same. That is the most useful thing to grasp about any loyalty scheme: it measures how much you bet, never how well the bets went.
Only real-money play counts. Progress towards a bonus wagering requirement sits on a separate counter, so do not treat one as a guide to the other.
Earning rates by game, with worked examples
The rate depends on the game type. Slots, which most of us call pokies, earn fastest, adding a point to each counter for every A$25 wagered. Roulette earns a point for every A$100, and blackjack and baccarat earn a point for every A$250.
| Real-money stakes | Blackjack or baccarat, per A$250 | Roulette, per A$100 | Pokies, per A$25 |
|---|---|---|---|
| A$1,500 | 6 | 15 | 60 |
| A$3,500 | 14 | 35 | 140 |
| A$6,000 | 24 | 60 | 240 |
| A$9,000 | 36 | 90 | 360 |
Each stake in the table is a multiple of A$500, so the figures come out whole on all three rates. Per dollar staked, pokies earn four times as fast as roulette and ten times as fast as the card tables.
A mixed evening
Picture one night with A$275 of spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas, A$300 on Lightning Roulette and A$500 at a live blackjack table. The pokie brings 11 points, the roulette 3 and the blackjack 2, so 16 points from A$1,075 of stakes. The pokie was only about a quarter of the money staked, yet it produced more than two thirds of the points.
Baccarat is the odd one out. It earns at the blackjack rate, but it contributes 0% to bonus wagering, so a baccarat session adds to your loyalty totals while leaving any bonus requirement exactly where it was.
The VegasNow levels and the thresholds we publish
There are seven levels, and every one takes its name from a Las Vegas venue. Several have numbered steps (I, II, III) inside them. Every account begins at Golden Glimmer I. The thresholds below are the ones on our programme page. The full ladder, including every rung from Golden Glimmer III up to Gondola Grand I, appears inside your account, and we have not invented the rows the public page leaves out.
| Level | Status points | Stakes if all blackjack or baccarat | If all roulette | If all pokies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Golden Glimmer I | Starting level | None | None | None |
| Golden Glimmer II | 600 | A$150,000 | A$60,000 | A$15,000 |
| Golden Glimmer III | 2,000 | A$500,000 | A$200,000 | A$50,000 |
| Gondola Grand I | 500,000 | A$125 million | A$50 million | A$12.5 million |
| Julius Palace III | 3,000,000 | A$750 million | A$300 million | A$75 million |
| Bella Vista | 5,000,000 | A$1.25 billion | A$500 million | A$125 million |
Parisian Palace Las Vegas, which shows up in the Loyalty Store rows, ranks above the Golden Glimmer tiers but below the summit. Its status threshold is not on the public page, so it is not in the table.
Read the turnover columns before the level names. A regular pokies player can realistically reach Golden Glimmer II and III over a stretch of months. From Gondola Grand I upwards the turnover runs into the millions, which is far beyond what most players will ever stake, and it is better you hear that from us than infer the opposite from a grand-sounding name.
How long the early VegasNow levels take at a steady pace
A weekly figure makes the ladder easier to picture. Suppose your sessions add up to A$350 of real-money pokie stakes a week, which is 14 points. Stakes are not the same thing as deposits: winnings you play back through count as stakes as well.
| Milestone | Points needed | Weeks at 14 points a week | Roughly |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Loyalty Store exchange | 200 redeemable | 15 | Three and a half months |
| Golden Glimmer II | 600 status | 43 | Ten months |
| Golden Glimmer III | 2,000 status | 143 | Two and three quarter years |
Double the weekly stakes to A$700, or 28 points, and the first exchange arrives in 8 weeks, with Golden Glimmer II in 22. Move the play to the roulette wheel and the clock slows sharply: A$400 a week on roulette earns 4 points, which puts Golden Glimmer II 150 weeks away.
None of these numbers is a target. They simply show that the early levels follow from ordinary play over time, and that there is no good reason to bet more to hurry them along.
The VegasNow Loyalty Store: published exchange rows
In the Loyalty Store, your redeemable balance can be traded for bonus funds. The minimum exchange is 200 points. Points buy more the higher your level, and our programme page lists the rows below, which we have converted into a value per point.
| Points spent | Level | Bonus received | Each point is worth |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200 | Golden Glimmer | A$5 | 2.5 cents |
| 2,000 | Golden Glimmer, saving up | A$60 | 3 cents |
| 750 | Parisian Palace Las Vegas | A$20 | Roughly 2.67 cents |
| 100,000 | Bella Vista | A$5,000 | 5 cents |
Exchange now or save up?
At Golden Glimmer you can cash in each block of 200 as it arrives or hold out for the 2,000-point row, which pays 20% more than ten separate blocks (A$60 against A$50). Take a player holding 1,400 points. Seven blocks of 200 give A$35 today. Waiting for the A$60 row means earning 600 more points first, and on pokies that is another A$15,000 of stakes.
For most people the smaller, sooner exchange is the practical one. Each A$5 block needs only A$200 of wagering, which is far easier to finish within seven days than the A$2,400 attached to the saved row. At Bella Vista the rate doubles to 5 cents, but as the level table shows, that rung sits a very long way up.
What a VegasNow point returns against your stakes
Another way to judge the store is to ask how much bonus each dollar staked eventually brings back. On pokies one point costs A$25 of stakes, so each published row can be traced back to the play behind it.
| Store row | Pokie stakes behind it | Bonus | Bonus as a share of stakes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200 points at Golden Glimmer | A$5,000 | A$5 | 0.1% |
| 2,000 points saved at Golden Glimmer | A$50,000 | A$60 | 0.12% |
| 750 points at Parisian Palace Las Vegas | A$18,750 | A$20 | About 0.107% |
| 100,000 points at Bella Vista | A$2.5 million | A$5,000 | 0.2% |
On roulette every row costs four times the stakes, so the share falls to a quarter, 0.025% at the entry rate. On blackjack and baccarat it falls to a tenth, 0.01%. And the bonus is still not cash: it carries 40× wagering before any part of it becomes withdrawable.
The fair reading is that points are a small extra layered on top of play you had planned regardless. They are not a rebate large enough to change whether a session makes sense.
40× wagering on Loyalty Store bonuses
A bonus bought with points is governed by the general bonus terms we published on 26 February 2024. That means a 40× requirement, a seven-day limit, a maximum bet of A$8 while it runs, the standard game contributions and no second bonus alongside it. The default A$5,000 cap on winnings from bonus play and the right to decline a bonus apply as well.
| Exchange | Bonus | 40× wagering | Fewest pokie spins at A$8 | Same on roulette | Same on blackjack or game shows |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 points | A$5 | A$200 | 25 | A$800 | A$2,000 |
| 750 points | A$20 | A$800 | 100 | A$3,200 | A$8,000 |
| 2,000 points | A$60 | A$2,400 | 300 | A$9,600 | A$24,000 |
| 100,000 points | A$5,000 | A$200,000 | 25,000 | A$800,000 | A$2 million |
The roulette and table columns show the real stakes needed once contribution is applied: roulette contributes a quarter of each stake, and blackjack and game shows a tenth. Baccarat contributes nothing, so it cannot clear any of these. Exchange when no other bonus is active, so the new one has its full seven days available for play.
Before you exchange VegasNow points: a quick check
Clear the decks
Make sure no welcome stage or weekly reload is still open. Only one bonus can run on an account at once.
Size it to your week
Divide the 40× figure by seven. An A$20 exchange means A$800 of wagering, a little over A$114 a day. If that is more than you normally stake, take A$5 blocks instead.
Pick games that count
Pokies count in full. Roulette counts for a quarter of each stake, while blackjack and game shows count for a tenth. Baccarat does not count.
Keep every bet at A$8 or less
The maximum bet covers each spin or hand while the exchanged bonus is active, whatever the game.
If any step gives you pause, leave the points where they are. Redeemable points do not have to be spent the moment you reach 200, and a bonus you cannot comfortably clear is worth less than it looks.
Sin City: the VegasNow VIP lounge
The lounge sits apart from the levels. The levels run on arithmetic alone: you stake, the status total grows and the next rung opens. Entry to Sin City is by invitation, and its page lists what members receive rather than a price in points.
Higher limits
Betting limits above a standard account, together with larger and faster withdrawals.
Personal service
A VIP account manager assigned to you, supported by a team available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Rewards and gifts
Rewards for milestones and tournament wins, plus personalised gifts.
Members-only play
Tournaments and promotions open only to VIPs, plus invitations to VIP events.
Membership changes how the account feels, not the bonus rulebook. A VIP bonus is still governed by the general terms, so 40× wagering, the seven-day limit, the A$8 maximum bet and the single-active-bonus rule all apply unless that particular offer states something different.
VIP withdrawals at VegasNow: what is on record
Of the lounge benefits, larger and faster withdrawals need the most careful reading, so here is what is published. For every account, the AU withdrawal table runs from A$300 to A$6,000 per request for Inpay, PayAnyBank and wire transfer, and from A$30 to A$4,000 for MiFinity, with cryptocurrency ranges set coin by coin.
Our general terms leave room for VIP accounts to have their own withdrawal limits, daily ones included, set at our discretion. That clause names no amount, so we do not quote a VIP figure anywhere on this site.
Several rules stay the same for VIP members. Identity verification can still be requested. Withdrawal methods have to be registered to you. Version 2.3 of our terms also requires each deposit to be wagered three times over before a withdrawal. Bigger payouts can be split into instalments, and caps by day, week and month still exist. The withdrawals page covers the standard process.
How selection for Sin City works
According to the Sin City lounge page, we choose members on the strength of their dedication and regular activity. You can also get in touch to ask about access. No points total triggers an invitation, and reaching a particular level does not open the lounge by itself.
| Question | Loyalty levels | Sin City |
|---|---|---|
| How you get in | Automatically, through status points | By selection |
| Published threshold | Yes, for the rows shown above | None |
| What it rewards | The volume of real-money stakes | Dedication and regular activity over time |
| Main benefit | Better Loyalty Store rates | Account manager, higher limits, events |
| Bonus rules | General terms apply | General terms, unless an offer says otherwise |
Want to be considered? Then ask. Send a message to our support team from inside your account, and they can tell you whether the account is under review and what comes next. A verified account in good standing that pays in and out through methods in the holder's own name is the natural starting point. Regular activity, in the lounge's terms, means consistency over time, not one large deposit.
Three common misunderstandings
- A high level means automatic VIP. It does not. Selection runs separately from the ladder.
- VIP bonuses skip wagering. They follow the general terms unless the individual offer says otherwise.
- One big deposit earns an invitation. The lounge page talks about regular activity over time, which a single payment cannot show.
Responsible play and VegasNow loyalty points
Loyalty rewards turnover, and turnover is money staked, not money won. The figures on this page make that plain: Golden Glimmer II takes A$15,000 of pokie stakes, and an A$5 bonus sits behind A$5,000 of play. Treat points as a by-product of play you would do anyway. Being a handful of points short of a level is never a reason to deposit again or lift your stake.
Only people aged 18 or older can open a VegasNow account. Inside yours you will find deposit limits and self-exclusion, and both apply whatever your level or VIP status. VegasNow VIP and loyalty: questions and answers
What earns loyalty points at VegasNow?
Real-money stakes. On pokies each A$25 staked adds a point to both your redeemable and status totals. Roulette pays a point per A$100, and blackjack and baccarat a point per A$250.
What is the smallest Loyalty Store exchange?
At Golden Glimmer, 200 points buys A$5, and that is the minimum. Saving 2,000 points brings A$60, the Parisian Palace Las Vegas row is 750 points for A$20, and the Bella Vista row is 100,000 points for A$5,000.
Is a Loyalty Store bonus the same as cash?
No. It has to be wagered 40× within seven days, bets are capped at A$8 in the meantime, and game contributions apply. Exchange 750 points for A$20 at Parisian Palace Las Vegas and you face A$800 of play that counts towards wagering.
Which loyalty levels does VegasNow have?
There are seven, named after Las Vegas venues, and everyone begins on Golden Glimmer I. Golden Glimmer II needs 600 status points and Golden Glimmer III needs 2,000. Much further up, Gondola Grand I sits at 500,000, Julius Palace III at three million and Bella Vista, the top level, at five million.
Can I apply to join Sin City?
You can ask. We pick members, and the lounge page names dedication and regular activity as what we look for. Support can confirm if your account is under consideration. Points alone will not get you in, because no threshold is published.
Are withdrawal limits higher for VIP members?
Possibly. Our terms give us discretion to apply other withdrawal limits, daily ones included, to VIP accounts, and the lounge counts bigger, quicker payouts among its perks. No VIP amount is published, and identity checks continue to apply.
Does baccarat earn points if it does not count towards wagering?
Yes. Baccarat earns one point per A$250 staked, matching blackjack, despite counting 0% towards any bonus requirement. An A$750 baccarat session earns 3 points and moves no bonus requirement at all.
Do losing bets earn the same points as winning ones?
Yes. Points are based on the amount staked, not the outcome, so two sessions with the same total stakes earn the same points whatever the result.
