VegasNow payments for Australian players: methods, limits and costs
Our Australian cashier takes Visa and Mastercard, the MiFinity e-wallet, Cashtocode vouchers and ten cryptocurrencies. Below you will find every published deposit range in AUD or coin units, what the cashier labels really cover, and how to choose a method that still works on the day you want to cash out.

VegasNow payments at a glance
The AU deposit table we published on 3 November 2026 lists four kinds of payment. Each range applies to a single transaction. The method list and the limits shown inside your own account govern any payment you make, so read the confirmation screen before you approve it.
| Method | Smallest deposit | Largest deposit | Also a withdrawal route? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | A$30 | A$10,000 | No, cards are absent from the AU withdrawal table |
| MiFinity e-wallet | A$30 | A$4,000 | Yes, from A$30 up to A$4,000 |
| Cashtocode voucher | A$25 | A$400 | No, vouchers only pay in |
| Cryptocurrency, ten coins | Fixed per coin, such as 0.0001 BTC | None stated | Yes, but each coin has its own payout range |
One quirk deserves a mention: the cashier introduction talks about an A$30 minimum, yet the Cashtocode row says A$25. We keep both numbers as printed: card and MiFinity open at A$30, the voucher at A$25. Every row also shows the words “Free” and “Instant”. Those are cashier labels. They do not describe the total cost of your payment or the exact moment funds land, and the cost section further down explains the gap.
Every VegasNow method comes with conditions attached
A cashier row is more than a logo beside two numbers. Whether a method is open to you can turn on your account, your location, the currency you picked and the direction the money is moving. Treat each method as a bundle of separate answers rather than one tick in a box.
- Direction. Taking deposits does not make a method a payout route; cards and Cashtocode show that gap plainly.
- Currency. Your balance stays in the currency chosen at sign-up, and a provider working in another currency may convert on the way through.
- Range. Floors and ceilings apply to each transaction, and they differ between paying in and cashing out.
- Ownership. The method has to be registered to the account holder.
A familiar payment brand in our cashier is not a sign that the provider endorses VegasNow, nor that it adds any special protection to a casino transaction. If one of our pages names a method you cannot see after signing in, ask support which list applies to your account. Never reach a method through another person's account, an unknown intermediary or a second identity: each one breaks the own-name rule and can stall a later payout.
Cards, MiFinity and Cashtocode in Australian dollars
Visa and Mastercard
Cards have the broadest band in the table, from A$30 to A$10,000 per deposit, which makes a card the only fiat choice for anything above A$4,000. The catch is on the return leg. Cards do not appear among the AU withdrawal routes, so a balance built by card leaves through a different method. Ask our support team early which payout route your account will use.
MiFinity
MiFinity is the single method listed in both directions with identical numbers: A$30 to A$4,000 in, and A$30 to A$4,000 out. If you prefer money to travel back along the road it came in on, this wallet is the neatest match for amounts inside that band. Like every method, it must be registered to you.
Cashtocode
Cashtocode is our voucher option, accepting A$25 to A$400 per deposit. It suits modest, planned top-ups. It is a poor match for the top of the first welcome stage, since one voucher deposit cannot exceed A$400, and it is not a payout route in the AU table.
A quick fit test
Run a planned amount against the three AUD rows before you open the cashier. An A$45 deposit is accepted by all three. So is A$350, because it is still below the voucher ceiling. At A$600 the voucher drops out, leaving card or MiFinity. An A$5,500 deposit is above the MiFinity ceiling of A$4,000, so a card or a coin is the only way to send it in one transaction.
Crypto deposits at VegasNow: the floor for each coin
Coin deposits appear in our table under a CPP prefix, one row per currency. Every coin has its own minimum expressed in coin units, never in dollars, and the upper end reads “no max limit”. Take that phrase literally and no further: it is wording from the deposit row. It does not describe how much may later leave the account, because the withdrawal table gives every coin a real ceiling. Comparing the two floors side by side shows where people get caught.
| Coin | Lowest deposit | Lowest withdrawal | What that means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.0001 | 0.0002 | Payout floor is twice the deposit floor |
| Tether (USDT) | 5 | 20 | Payout floor is four times higher |
| Ethereum (ETH) | 0.002 | 0.002 | Same in both directions |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 0.01 | 0.01 | Same in both directions |
| Bitcoin Cash (BCH) | 0.001 | 0.001 | Same in both directions |
| BNB | 0.01 | 0.01 | Same in both directions |
| Cardano (ADA) | 2 | 2 | Same in both directions |
| TRON (TRX) | 10 | 10 | Same in both directions |
| XRP | 4 | 0.001 | Payout floor sits below the deposit floor |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | 1 | 0.01 | Payout floor sits below the deposit floor |
So a player who funds with exactly 5 USDT holds less than the 20 USDT needed to send any Tether back out. Bitcoin works the same way at a smaller scale: a 0.0001 BTC deposit is half the payout floor.
A coin name on its own does not tell you which blockchain network the cashier expects. Copy the address and the network from the cashier screen each time, and do not reuse an address from an old message. Coin prices also move, so the dollar value of a crypto balance can drift between deposit and withdrawal. One rule matters for budgeting: section 8.4 of our General Terms and Conditions, version 2.3, states that deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits.
What “Free” and “Instant” cover in the VegasNow cashier
Our FAQ draws a line between the deposit costs VegasNow covers and charges a payment provider may add, and it states that provider fees on withdrawals are borne by the customer. A single payment can therefore pass through several separate cost layers, and only one of them belongs to us.
| Cost layer | Who sets it | Where it shows up |
|---|---|---|
| Our deposit cost | VegasNow covers it | The “Free” label on the cashier row |
| Provider charge | Your card issuer, wallet or exchange | Your bank statement or wallet history |
| Currency conversion | Whoever converts the money | The gap between the amount sent and the amount credited |
| Provider fee on a payout | The receiving provider, paid by you | The receiving account, after the transfer |
Picture an A$130 deposit from an AUD card. Your balance should show A$130. If your bank statement later lists A$130 plus a separate charge, that charge came from the bank, not from our cashier. With crypto the picture has more parts: the exchange where you bought the coin and the network that carries it may each take a share before anything arrives, and those amounts are set entirely outside VegasNow.
“Instant” is a timing label on our row, not a promise. Card authorisation, wallet processing and blockchain confirmations run on systems we do not control, and a deposit label says nothing about payout speed.
Plan the way out before you pay in
Our withdrawal FAQ says funds return to the deposit method where applicable. Deposit and payout routes do not line up one to one, though, so the method you pay in with shapes what happens when you cash out.
| If you deposit by | Payout route to expect | Plan for |
|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | No card row in the AU withdrawal table | Ask support which route applies; the bank rows (Inpay, PayAnyBank, Wire) start at A$300 |
| MiFinity | MiFinity, A$30 to A$4,000 per request | Anything above A$4,000 needs more than one request |
| Cashtocode | No voucher row for payouts | Ask before depositing which route will carry your winnings |
| A cryptocurrency | The same coin, with its own payout band | Per-request ceilings such as 0.12 BTC or 4,000 USDT |
Two balances show why this matters. Say you fund an account with A$90 by card and later hold A$275. That sits A$25 short of the A$300 bank floor, so MiFinity or a coin is the realistic exit. Now say the balance reaches A$6,800. That is above the A$6,000 most any bank row accepts in one request, so it leaves in at least two parts, for example A$6,000 and A$800. Our terms also cap withdrawals at A$6,000 per UTC day, so the second part waits for a later UTC day. The full set of payout rows, caps and instalment rules is on our withdrawals page.
Six questions to put to any VegasNow payment method
Before you settle on a method, ask it the same six questions. The right-hand column answers them for MiFinity, the one route listed in both directions.
| Question | Why it matters | MiFinity's answer |
|---|---|---|
| Does it work both ways? | A deposit-only method means picking a second route later | Yes, in and out |
| Which currency travels? | A mismatch brings a conversion and possibly a charge | AUD rows in our tables |
| What is the range each way? | Limits are set per direction | A$30 to A$4,000 in, the same band out |
| Who charges what? | Our “Free” label speaks for our side only | Any wallet-side charge is the provider's; payout fees from a provider are yours to bear |
| Which stages follow? | Accepted, reviewed, sent and received are different moments | On a payout, our review comes before the wallet shows funds |
| When did you last check? | Lists and limits can change | Read the cashier on the day you pay |
Ask the same questions of a card and the very first one reshapes the plan. A card takes A$30 to A$10,000 in, yet there is no card row for money coming back, so that answer should send you to support before your first deposit rather than after a win.
Your own name on every method, and the 3× deposit rule
Our General Terms and Conditions, version 2.3 dated 20 January 2024, set two account rules that apply to every deposit, bonus or no bonus.
- Own-name methods. The card, e-wallet or crypto wallet you pay from must belong to the account holder. A partner's card or a parent's wallet breaks the rule even with their permission.
- Three times turnover. Each deposit has to be wagered three times before the funds connected to it can be withdrawn. Asking to withdraw earlier can lead to a refused request or a processing fee.
- One account per person, unless we expressly instruct otherwise. A second account is not a workaround for a limit or a payment issue.
The 3× turnover is separate from any bonus wagering. It is simple to work out. An A$85 deposit needs A$255 in stakes (A$85 × 3) before money linked to it is cleared to leave. At A$0.50 a spin on the pokies, that is 510 spins. If you then take a bonus as well, the bonus brings its own 40× requirement on top.
Verification fits in here too. Our FAQ says identity checks are required before withdrawals, and any requested files are uploaded in the Documents area of your profile. A method in your own name is the easiest thing to prove when that request comes. The registration page explains how sign-up and later checks differ.
How deposit size shapes the VegasNow welcome package
Each of the four welcome offers has an A$20 minimum, but the payment method's own floor comes first. The smallest card or MiFinity deposit that can carry a stage is therefore A$30, and the smallest Cashtocode deposit is A$25. At the top, each match stops at its cap: a first deposit of A$1,000 reaches the A$1,500 limit, A$2,000 fills the second stage, A$4,000 the third and A$10,000 the fourth. Money beyond those points adds to your balance, not to the bonus.
| Stage and code | Example deposit | Bonus credited | Wagering at 40× | Spins needed at the A$8 maximum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st, 150%, no code | A$90 by card | A$135 | A$5,400 | 675 |
| 2nd, 100%, VEGAS2 | A$350 by MiFinity | A$350 | A$14,000 | 1,750 |
| 3rd, 50%, VEGAS3 | A$600 by card | A$300 | A$12,000 | 1,500 |
| 4th, 25%, VEGAS4 | A$1,300 by card | A$325 | A$13,000 | 1,625 |
The last column is the floor on effort, not a target: those counts assume every bet is the A$8 maximum and every bet is on a game counting at 100%. Pokies count in full (some exceptions apply), roulette at 25%, blackjack and game shows at 10%, baccarat not at all. The same A$5,400 on blackjack would take A$54,000 of stakes. All of it has to happen within seven days.
Cashtocode shows the ceiling problem clearly. Its A$400 maximum produces at most A$600 of first-stage bonus, well short of A$1,500. Other conditions apply whatever the method: winnings from each offer can be cashed out up to A$5,000, only one bonus runs at a time, the stage spins unlock after the deposit is wagered once, and you may decline a bonus. Codes and spin counts per stage are on the welcome bonus page.
Step by step: a first VegasNow deposit from Australia
Set your limit before your first payment
Set a deposit limit inside your account while the decision is calm. Remember that a crypto deposit sits outside that limit under section 8.4 of the terms.
Choose a method that is yours and fits both ways
Pick a method that belongs to you. Check its deposit band, then check how a future balance would leave: MiFinity from A$30, bank rows from A$300, coins at their own floors.
Settle the bonus question first
The first stage needs no code; stages two to four use VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4. Accepting brings 40× wagering, seven days and an A$8 bet ceiling. If those terms do not suit your plans, decline the offer and play with your own money.
Confirm, then write it down
Note the amount, currency, provider reference, date and time with its time zone. For a coin, add the network and the transaction hash. Then compare what your balance shows with what you sent.
Ready? Open VegasNow and sign in to reach the cashier.
If a deposit does not show in your VegasNow balance
A missing deposit is usually a status question. Work through these steps before sending any more money.
- Check your provider's record. Pending, failed and completed are three different states, and only a completed payment has actually gone through.
- Check our side. Look at the transaction status inside your account, not just the balance on a game screen.
- Do not pay again because a page froze. A second payment can turn one open question into two.
- Gather the date, time with time zone, amount, currency and provider reference. For a coin, keep the network, the receiving address and the transaction hash.
- Contact us through live chat or support@vegasnow.com and quote that reference. Screenshots can be cropped or redacted; we never need your password, any one-time code or the full number on your card.
For a coin sent on a network the cashier did not name, tell support before you send anything else. The support page sets out how to word a payment case so it reaches the right team.
Who answers for each stage of a VegasNow payment
One deposit can pass through several hands, and the clearest answer comes from the party that owns the stage where it stopped. A bank receipt proves money left your account. It does not show whether, or when, your VegasNow balance was credited.
| Stage | Who handles it | What to ask for |
|---|---|---|
| Card approval or decline | Your card issuer | Whether it authorised the payment, and any fee it added |
| Wallet transfer | MiFinity | The wallet status and its transaction reference |
| Voucher payment | Cashtocode | The status of the voucher you used |
| Buying and sending coins | Your exchange or wallet, plus the blockchain network | The transaction hash and any fee deducted |
| Crediting your balance, codes and bonuses | VegasNow support | Whether the deposit arrived and whether it qualified |
| Limits and account restrictions | VegasNow support | Which setting or clause is being applied |
Collect each party's own reference and keep them side by side. When your bank says the money went and our records show nothing, send both references to support in a single message. That pairing gives the team something concrete to trace, where two separate complaints would not.
Deposit slips that cost Australian players time
- Paying A$20 by card for the A$20 bonus minimum. The card floor is A$30, so the method blocks the payment before the offer is ever checked.
- Borrowing a family card or wallet. The terms require methods in the account holder's name, and verification before a payout will surface the mismatch.
- Expecting a voucher to fund a big first stage. One Cashtocode deposit tops out at A$400, which earns A$600 of a possible A$1,500.
- Assuming the card is the way back. Cards and Cashtocode are absent from the AU withdrawal table. Ask which route applies before your balance needs one.
- Choosing a coin by its deposit floor. USDT accepts 5 in but needs 20 to send out. Bitcoin doubles from 0.0001 to 0.0002.
- Requesting a payout straight after depositing. The 3× turnover rule comes first; the published outcome otherwise is refusal or a processing fee.
- Betting above A$8 with a bonus open. The maximum bet applies to every spin or hand while wagering runs.
- Depositing again to chase a pending payment. Settle the first transaction's status before anything else.
Keep VegasNow deposits inside a budget you choose
VegasNow is for adults 18 and over. A deposit limit is the most direct control you have over spending, and you can set one inside your account before or after your first payment. Self-exclusion sits in the same place if you want a longer break.
Two points make those tools work better. First, the section 8.4 rule means a coin deposit is outside any deposit limit you set, so if a firm ceiling matters to you, keep your funding to cards, MiFinity or Cashtocode. Second, BetStop is the National Self-Exclusion Register for Australian-licensed wagering providers. Our account sits under a Curaçao licence, so the exclusion that reaches your VegasNow account is the one set inside it, or by request to our support team.
VegasNow accounts are run by Just Entertainment B.V. (company number 160603 in Curaçao), which holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The licensing page shows how to check that record yourself.
VegasNow payments: questions and answers
What is the minimum deposit at VegasNow in Australia?
It depends on the method. Card and MiFinity deposits start at A$30, Cashtocode vouchers at A$25, and each coin has its own floor, such as 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT. The welcome offers carry an A$20 minimum, but the method floor applies first.
How much can I deposit by card in one go?
Up to A$10,000 per card deposit in our AU table. MiFinity stops at A$4,000 and Cashtocode at A$400. Any account limit you have set, or any restriction shown in your cashier, applies on top.
Which cryptocurrencies does VegasNow accept?
Ten coins appear in the AU deposit table: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP, DOGE, BCH, BNB, ADA and TRX. Each has its own minimum, the deposit rows show no maximum, and the network must match the one the cashier names.
Does VegasNow charge a deposit fee?
We cover our own deposit costs, which is why the cashier rows read “Free”. Your bank, wallet or exchange may still charge something, and currency conversion can change the amount that arrives. Provider fees on withdrawals are paid by the customer.
Can I withdraw to the card I deposited with?
Cards are not listed in our AU withdrawal table. Our FAQ says funds return to the deposit method where applicable, so ask support which route a card-funded balance will use before you need it. MiFinity and coins appear in both directions.
Can I deposit with my partner's card if they agree?
No. Our terms require every payment method to be in the account holder's name. A method that is not yours tends to come up at verification, which our FAQ says takes place before withdrawals.
Will my deposit limit stop crypto deposits?
No. Under section 8.4 of our terms (version 2.3), a deposit limit does not reach coin deposits. If a firm ceiling matters to you, fund with card, MiFinity or Cashtocode, or ask support about self-exclusion.
Why can I not deposit A$450 by Cashtocode?
A single Cashtocode deposit is capped at A$400 in our AU table, so A$450 sits above the voucher range. Keep a voucher deposit at A$400 or less, or use card or MiFinity, both of which accept A$450.
