The VegasNow app: our mobile casino on your Home Screen
Neither Apple's nor Google's store carries a VegasNow app, and we hand out no installer files. What we offer is the full casino in Safari or Chrome, which you can pin to your Home Screen so it opens from an icon like any other app. This page covers setting that up on iPhone, iPad and Android, signing in, paying and playing on a phone, telling us apart from fake downloads, and what to do when something stops working.

Every VegasNow mobile route, checked
Search results for a casino app mix together several different things. Here is how each one relates to us.
| Route | Is it VegasNow? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Our mobile website in Safari or Chrome | Yes. It is the same casino and the same account as on a computer | Reach it through our Login button, then log in with your existing details |
| A Home Screen icon you create yourself | Yes, as long as you saved it from our real site. It is our website with a shortcut, not a separate program | Follow the iPhone or Android steps further down |
| An App Store listing | No. We have no current listing there | Ignore listings that use our name unless our own site links to them |
| A Google Play listing | No. We have no listing there either | Treat it the same way as above |
| An Android APK file | No. We do not supply one | Do not install it, and do not switch on “install unknown apps” for a casino file |
The rule of thumb: if it is not our website, opened in a browser or from an icon you made from our website, it is not us.
Is there a VegasNow casino app to download?
A search for “the VegasNow app” can mean three quite different things: a store app from Apple or Google, an Android installer file (an APK), or our site saved to a phone. Only the last one is ours. Our account FAQ points mobile players to the browser, and the lobby itself is built to resize for a phone.
For you, that has some practical upsides. There is nothing to install and no app version to keep updated, because the icon simply loads the live site each time. Your balance, bonuses and settings sit in your account, not on the device, so switching phones or deleting the icon never touches them.
It also makes the safety question simple. A logo, a familiar name or a casino-style icon can be copied by anyone. The only thing that makes a download official is a link to it from our own website, and today there is no such link because there is no such download.
Putting VegasNow on an iPhone or iPad
For Apple devices, what you create is a Safari web app. Following Apple's guidance, any website can sit on the Home Screen and, by choice, open without the browser bar. For our site that means four steps.
Open our site in Safari
Use the Open VegasNow button on this page and let Safari load our site. Check the address bar shows our domain before saving or signing in.
Tap Share
Depending on your Safari layout, the Share button may sit directly in the toolbar or inside the page menu first.
Pick Add to Home Screen
Keep the Open as Web App toggle on for a full-screen casino with no browser bar. Rename the icon here if you like.
Tap Add, then test it
Open the new icon once and check it lands on our site before you enter your email and password.
On an iPad
The iPad version works the same way through Safari's Share menu, though on some software versions Add to Home Screen sits under More. The icon belongs to that device only, so an icon on your iPhone does not appear on your iPad; repeat the steps on each one. Saving the shortcut does not create an iPad app, offline access or a new account.
Adding VegasNow to an Android phone with Chrome
On Android, Chrome does the same job. Google offers a plain shortcut or an installable web app; either one opens our site, and neither puts casino software on the phone.
Open our site in Chrome
Use our link, then check the address shown.
Tap More
That is the three-dot menu beside the address bar.
Install or create a shortcut
Choose the install or create-shortcut option. On older Chrome versions the wording is Add to Home screen. Give it a name such as VegasNow and tap Add.
Check where it goes
Tap the icon and make sure it opens our domain. Anything else means remove it and repeat from our site.
Signing in from the VegasNow Home Screen icon
The icon opens our normal sign-in screen, so you log in with your usual registered email and password. There is no separate mobile login and no separate mobile account. Some details are worth knowing:
- A fresh sign-in is normal. The icon may hold its own login, distinct from your Safari or Chrome tab, so expect one sign-in there even if the browser already knows you.
- Your password manager carries over, nothing more. The shortcut uses whatever your browser has saved; it does not store credentials more securely than the browser does.
- Password changes apply everywhere. Change it on a laptop and the phone icon will ask for the new one next time.
- Forgotten password? Tap Forgot Password on the Log In screen and a reset link is emailed to your registered address.
- Do not register again on your phone. Our terms allow one account per person, and duplicate accounts are a common reason bonuses or withdrawals get held.
If a login fails, write down the exact message before trying anything else. Our login help page matches each message to its next step.
How to spot a fake VegasNow app
Because we have no store app, anything that presents itself as one deserves suspicion. These are the warning signs we would want you to recognise.
A file to install
Any page offering an APK or other installer under our name. We do not supply one, whatever the page or message says.
A security setting to switch off
A request to allow unknown apps, trust an unfamiliar developer or add a device profile so the “casino app” can run.
A store listing we never linked
Copied logos and screenshots prove nothing. If our website does not link to a listing, the listing is not ours.
An app-only bonus
We run no special bonus for an app. A download that promises one is using a lure, not our promotions.
If you already typed your details into one
- Stop using it and delete it from the device.
- Open our real site in your browser, check the address, and change your password from your account.
- Contact us through live chat or at support@vegasnow.com, naming the app and where you found it.
- Look over your recent account activity and tell us about anything you do not recognise.
- Never pass a one-time code to anyone, including someone claiming to be from our team.
Pokies and live tables in the VegasNow mobile lobby
The mobile lobby carries the same catalogue as desktop, sorted into pokies, live casino and table games. Titles visible on 3 November 2026 included Crazy Time, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Elvis Frog in Vegas and Book Of Ra Magic, from studios such as Novomatic, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, BGaming and Belatra. What appears for you can still vary by region and account.
Most recent phones handle pokies without strain. Live tables and game shows stream video, which asks more of your connection. On mobile data, a frozen picture usually points to the connection rather than your account. If a live round cuts out, jot down when it happened and the round reference, and check what was settled before betting again. Betting windows run on the presenter's timer, so place chips early rather than in the last seconds.
For game-by-game detail, our pokies page and live casino page explain how individual titles work and how each counts toward bonus wagering.
Paying and claiming bonuses on the VegasNow mobile site
The phone cashier is the desktop cashier in a narrower frame: same methods, same limits. Headline figures from our AU tables:
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | From A$30, up to A$10,000 | Not in the AU withdrawal table |
| MiFinity | From A$30, up to A$4,000 | From A$30, up to A$4,000 |
| Cashtocode voucher | From A$25, up to A$400 | Not listed |
| Bank transfer (Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire) | Not listed | From A$300, up to A$6,000 |
| Crypto (BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, USDT, XRP and more) | A minimum for each coin | A range for each coin |
Our AU deposit table does not include PayID, POLi or Neosurf. Methods must be in your own name, and each deposit needs three times turnover before related funds can leave. Our payments page has the complete tables.
Bonuses are identical on a phone. Across four deposits the welcome package is worth up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins; stage one needs no code, while stages two, three and four use VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4. Every stage needs at least A$20 (or a higher method minimum, such as A$30 by card), carries 40× wagering, lasts seven days and limits bets to A$8 while active. A mobile tip: phone keyboards like to add spaces or change capitals, so check the code field reads exactly right before you confirm.
Switching between phone and laptop on one VegasNow account
Because the icon simply opens our website, everything that counts is stored in your account, not on the handset. You can begin on a laptop and carry on from a phone, and the account rules come along unchanged.
- The bonus clock keeps ticking. Its seven days run from the moment the bonus was credited, on whichever screen you happen to be playing.
- The A$8 ceiling follows you. Look at the stake selector each time you open a game on a different device.
- Wagering progress is shared. Bets placed on one device move the same counter you see on the other.
- Shared devices need a sign-out. A family tablet should never stay logged in to your account.
Here is the arithmetic in practice. A VEGAS2 deposit of A$55 by MiFinity brings a A$55 bonus and A$2,200 of wagering. Say A$1,400 of pokie play happens on a laptop over the weekend. The A$800 left can be finished on the phone, which at A$1.60 a spin comes to 500 spins, all inside the seven-day window that opened when the bonus landed. Switching screens resets nothing, so plan the remaining play against the days left rather than the device in your hand.
Licence and safety behind the VegasNow icon
Just Entertainment B.V. holds licence number OGL/2024/164/0246 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the public validator lists the domains approved under it. The icon on your phone leads to that very site. Nothing about your balance, verification or account changes between desktop and icon. Our licensing page walks through the record.
A few habits keep a phone account safer:
- Sign in only on our domain, and if the icon ever looks different, compare it with the address in an ordinary tab.
- Keep your phone's operating system and browser updated.
- Do not share one-time codes, passwords or screenshots that show them.
- Use a screen lock, since the icon opens straight into the casino once you are signed in.
Only adults 18+ may play. Inside your account you can set deposit limits or self-exclude, and our responsible gambling page lists outside help such as Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858).
Home Screen icon or browser tab: a side-by-side
| Feature | Home Screen icon | Normal browser tab |
|---|---|---|
| Games, cashier and account | Our full lobby | Our full lobby |
| How you open it | A single tap | Launch the browser and go to our site or a bookmark |
| Address bar | Hidden in web-app mode | Visible, so the domain is easy to check |
| Sign-in session | May keep its own | Shared with the rest of the browser |
| Updates | None needed; it loads the live site | None needed |
| Space used on the phone | An icon, no casino program | Nothing extra |
| Best for | Regular play on one device | Checking the address and troubleshooting |
Neither route changes how games or payments work, because both open the same website. The icon is about convenience; the tab is about visibility. When something looks wrong, switch to the tab first.
VegasNow mobile troubleshooting: find where it stopped
A blank page, a refused password and one stubborn game look alike from the couch but need different fixes. Start by naming the point where things stopped.
| What you see | First check | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Nothing loads from the icon | Load the same address in an ordinary tab, or swap Wi-Fi for mobile data (or back) | Note whether the failure happens before the login form appears |
| Password rejected | Reset via Forgot Password; save the error wording | Do not open a second account |
| One game stuck loading | Open a different title | If others work, send us the stuck game's name and studio |
| Live stream freezes | Check your signal | Record the time and round reference before betting again |
| Deposit shows pending | Look up its status under your account | Wait for the result before repeating anything |
| Icon opens a different site | Delete the icon | Save it again from our verified link |
| Text too small or layout cramped | Use the browser's zoom or text-size controls, or rotate the phone | If it persists, note phone model, system version and browser |
Hold off on drastic steps while a payment or document upload is unresolved. Clearing site data, changing phones or resubmitting a form makes the sequence harder to piece together.
Worked example: a phone deposit that seemed to freeze
Say you deposit A$85 by card from your phone on a train. You tap confirm, the signal drops, and the screen hangs. What you do next makes a real difference.
Path one: check, then act
Once you have a steady connection, open your account and look at the transaction status. If the A$85 shows as received or pending, there is nothing to redo; just wait for it to settle. That single deposit needs A$255 of turnover (A$85 × 3) before related funds can be withdrawn.
Path two: tap confirm again
If both attempts go through, you have deposited A$170. The turnover rule now asks for A$510 (A$170 × 3) before a withdrawal, twice the amount from path one. If you had set a weekly deposit limit of A$350, you would also have used A$170 of it, nearly half, in one moment of impatience.
The same logic covers document uploads and withdrawal requests. A frozen screen tells you nothing about whether the first action arrived. Check the record first, and contact us with the time and amount if the status is unclear.
Sending VegasNow support a mobile report
You can reach us through live chat in the site or at support@vegasnow.com. A short, specific report gets answered sooner than “the app is broken”. Crop screenshots so no password, code or unrelated personal detail shows.
| Include | For example |
|---|---|
| Your phone | Its model, plus the iOS or Android release and the browser you use |
| How you opened us | Home Screen icon or normal browser tab |
| Which screen | Sign-in, cashier, uploads, or the game by its full name |
| What happened | Blank area, error text, repeated redirect, a button that does nothing |
| Time and references | Time and time zone, plus any payment, case or round reference |
A message built from that table might read: “On an Android phone in Chrome, opened from the Home Screen icon, at 8:40 pm AEST, the cashier froze after I confirmed an A$85 card deposit. The status now shows pending.” Keep any case reference and reply in one thread. Our support page covers the full contact routes and complaints process.
VegasNow app: questions and answers
How do I download the VegasNow app?
There is no file to download. Open our site in Safari or Chrome and add it to your Home Screen; after that, one tap opens the casino.
Does adding VegasNow to my Home Screen cost anything?
No. It costs nothing, and no casino software lands on your phone. Payments, fees and bonus rules work exactly as on desktop.
Is there a bonus just for mobile players?
No. Mobile players get the same promotions as everyone else, including the four-stage welcome package and its VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 codes.
Is VegasNow listed in Apple's or Google's app store?
Neither store carries an app from us. A listing that borrows our name, logo or screenshots is not ours, so leave it alone.
A link offered me a VegasNow APK. Is it safe?
Treat it as unsafe: we supply no APK. Delete the file, keep unknown apps blocked, and if you typed your login into anything, change your password from our real site.
Do I need a separate account for mobile?
No. Use the account you already have. Opening a second one can lead to held bonuses or withdrawals.
Will the Home Screen icon work offline?
No. The icon loads our live website, so games, the cashier and your account all need an internet connection.
Why does the icon ask me to sign in when Safari already has me logged in?
The saved web app can run its own login, apart from the tab in Safari. Logging in once from the icon is expected.
My phone hung after I confirmed a payment. Do I repeat it?
Look at the payment's status in your account before anything else. A hung screen cannot tell you if the first request arrived.
Can I use PayID on my phone?
Our AU deposit table lists cards, MiFinity, Cashtocode and crypto. PayID, POLi and Neosurf are not among them.
How do I remove the VegasNow icon?
Delete it the way you would any Home Screen icon. Your account, balance and settings are unaffected.
