Is VegasNow legit? Checking the licence yourself
"Legit" is really three questions: is there a licence, does the brand pay, and do the rules suit a player in Australia.
The licence. Curaçao's regulator, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, runs a public validator. Look up our entry and you will find licence number OGL/2024/164/0246 belonging to Just Entertainment B.V., marked Active, with a start date of 13 August 2024 and vegasnow.com on its list of approved domains. The certificate page is free to open, and the company printed in our terms should be the same one.
Paying out. Our cash-out rules are public: own-name methods, identity checks on request, three-times turnover on each deposit, instalments for big sums and calendar caps.

How the VegasNow welcome package works, with an A$90 example
Think of the package as four offers queued one behind the other. Your first deposit earns a 150% match capped at A$1,500 plus 200 spins, with no code. The second earns 100% capped at A$2,000 plus 50 spins under VEGAS2; the third, 50% capped at A$2,000 plus 50 spins under VEGAS3; the fourth, 25% capped at A$2,500 plus 200 spins under VEGAS4. The four caps sum to A$8,000 and the spin blocks to 500.
An A$90 first deposit, worked through
- Match: 1.5 × A$90 gives a A$135 bonus.
- Turnover: 40 × A$135 comes to A$5,400, due within seven days of the credit.

Account rules sit on top. Version 2.3 of our terms asks for each deposit to be played through three times before connected funds go out, requires own-name methods and allows ID checks and staged payment of large sums. The same snapshot caps cash-outs per UTC calendar period at A$6,000 daily, A$12,000 weekly and A$42,000 monthly. Fees a provider charges on a withdrawal fall to you.
Plan the way out before the way in
Picture an A$130 card deposit with no bonus attached. Three-times turnover means A$390 of play before that money counts as withdrawable. Finish with A$275 and a bank transfer is closed to you, because its floor is A$300, and cards cannot receive payouts, which leaves MiFinity or crypto.
