The VegasNow licence record in one table

One public document backs every statement here: the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page for token 246. We copied these fields from it in November 2026.

The reference pins down the permission; the holder line names who answers for it. A logo copies in seconds; the regulator's entry cannot be edited by a lookalike.

Which domain is approved, and what this site is

The certificate ties the licence to a company and to a list of approved domains. vegasnow.com is on that list, and it is where your account, balance, deposits and real-money games live.

vegasnowcasinohubaussie.com is our Australian information site. It explains the lobby, offers and rules, but it is not on the approved list, so we show no seal here. After following one of our buttons, confirm the address bar reads vegasnow.com before you type a password or card number. Our about page says who writes the guides.

Checking the VegasNow certificate yourself

The check needs no account. Run it before a first deposit and whenever our name reaches you through an unexpected advert or message.

Go to the source

Enter cert.cga.cw yourself or tap the token 246 link on this page. A badge is only an image.

Read the reference

Expect OGL/2024/164/0246 exactly. One altered digit means a permission held by someone else.

Read the holder

The entry should show Just Entertainment B.V. with registry number 160603, a grant date of 13 August 2024 and an Active standing.

Read the domain list

vegasnow.com should sit among the approved domains. Compare it with the address of the page asking for money.

What a Curaçao licence does and does not mean in Australia

A licence is solid evidence about one thing: who operates the casino, and on which address. It says much less about the rest.

QuestionThe licence settlesIt leaves open
Who runs the casino?A named company with a public certificateOwnership history beyond the holder
Which site is covered? The approved domains, including vegasnow.comLookalikes, and this information site
Can I play from my address? That the operator is licensed in CuraçaoIt is not an Australian licence; our terms allow use only where permitted, so check your own location
Is there a national block? Our own self-exclusion, in your account or via supportBetStop lists Australian-licensed wagering providers, so it will not reach a VegasNow account
If something goes wrong?Complaints go to customer support for internal reviewNo set outcome, reply time or compensation
Is my balance cash?Published rules on verification and withdrawalsBonus funds stay bonus funds until their conditions are met

The certificate answers who and where; how money moves sits in our terms, which our legit check walks through.

VegasNow sports betting uses the same licence

The Sports tab on vegasnow.com trades under OGL/2024/164/0246 too, in the same account with the same limits and self-exclusion. Its Sportsbook Rules add a three-times deposit turnover unless stated otherwise, a window of up to 30 days for document checks and up to 180 days for reviewing bets. Our sports betting page has the detail.

Signs a page is borrowing the VegasNow name

Copycats copy our colours, then slip on details they cannot change. One of these is enough to close the tab.

  • The domain is absent from the certificate's approved list.
  • The licence badge leads nowhere, or to another token, number or company.
  • The welcome offer is not our four-stage A$8,000 and 500-spin package, or its codes are not VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4.
  • Support runs from any address but support@vegasnow.com.
  • You are told to install an APK, though we work in the phone browser.
  • PayID, POLi or Neosurf is offered; our AU cashier lists none of them.

See one and type vegasnow.com yourself. A deposit made through another brand's page sits with that brand, out of our team's sight.

Quoting the record in a query or complaint

For a formal question, name the holder, licence reference and vegasnow.com, with your account email and any case number. Start with support@vegasnow.com or live chat, keep one thread and ask which complaint process applies. Before turning to an outside body, read what it handles. Our support page shows how to frame the request.

Where the VegasNow licence stands in November 2026

At the time of writing the certificate reads Active, with vegasnow.com on the approved list and a grant date of 13 August 2024. VegasNow is strictly 18+. If gambling starts costing more than you planned, see our responsible gambling page for tools and helplines.

VegasNow licensing: questions and answers

Who holds the licence behind VegasNow?

Just Entertainment B.V., which carries Curaçao registry number 160603. The certificate names the holder and its approved domains, not a full ownership history.

Is vegasnowcasinohubaussie.com the licensed casino?

No. It is our Australian information site and is not on the approved list. Your account and real-money play are on vegasnow.com.

Is VegasNow licensed in Australia too?

No, the licence comes from Curaçao. For the same reason BetStop, which covers Australian-licensed wagering providers, cannot block a VegasNow account: use our own self-exclusion or ask support.

How do I confirm the licence is still active?

Open the certificate and read its status line. The regulator's record outranks anything we publish.
