Is VegasNow legit? Check the evidence yourself
Whether VegasNow is legit is a question you can settle from documents rather than from our word. Below are the licence record, the company behind it and what our published terms say about verification, payments, withdrawals and bonuses, followed by the signs that separate the official site from pages that copy our name.

VegasNow legit check: the evidence at a glance
Each row points to a document you can open yourself. If a page using our name contradicts any of them, believe the document over the page.

Who stands behind VegasNow
VegasNow opened its doors in 2024. Behind it stands Just Entertainment B.V.; look that name up in the Curaçao company records and you find number 160603. Its gaming permit, OGL/2024/164/0246, was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 13 August 2024. Company, registry number and regulator are the fixed points for the rest of this page.
That permit is tied to a list of approved domains, and the one that matters to you is vegasnow.com. You register, deposit, play and withdraw there. This site, vegasnowcasinohubaussie.com, exists to explain our rules to Australian readers; the certificate does not list it, and you will not find a seal here hinting otherwise. Read the rules here, then do your banking on vegasnow.com.
Our licensing page goes through the certificate in more depth. Should anything we publish ever disagree with the regulator's record, the record wins.
Reading the regulator's certificate, field by field
The certificate sits at a public address and needs no login. Check it on the device you plan to play on, so you can hold it up against the address bar straight away.
Open it from a known link
Use cert.cga.cw/token?id=246 from this page or type the address in. Ignore seal graphics on casino pages, ours included: an image can be pasted anywhere, while the record cannot be altered by whoever pasted it.
Check the holder line
It should name Just Entertainment B.V. and show company number 160603. Another company means another operator, whatever the logo on the page says.
Check number, date and status
Look for OGL/2024/164/0246, a licence date of 13 August 2024 and the status Active. Any other status is a reason to stop and ask questions.
Check the approved domains
vegasnow.com should appear. If the site you are about to fund uses a domain missing from that list, this permit does not extend to it.
A clean result identifies the operator. Whether a pokie pays, when bonus money becomes withdrawable and when documents are needed are matters for the terms, which the following sections cover.
Reading a Curaçao licence from an Australian address
It names who is accountable
The certificate identifies Just Entertainment B.V. as the party our terms bind. Complaints, document requests and formal queries are addressed to that company.
It covers listed domains only
The permit travels with its approved domains. A lookalike address, or an explainer site like this one, sits outside the list.
It is not an Australian licence
The permission comes from Curaçao. Our terms allow use only where it is permitted, and confirming that for your own location falls to you.
BetStop does not reach it
BetStop works on wagering providers licensed in Australia. To shut yourself out of VegasNow, use the self-exclusion in your account or ask support.
Complaints go first to our customer support, which reviews them internally. A licence does not entitle you to compensation, nor does it fix how a dispute ends, so keep a record as you go: the case reference, the dates and the clause you rely on.
Verification and own-name payments at VegasNow
The sign-up form collects your date of birth, country and preferred currency alongside the usual account details. Australia and AUD are both on offer, so your balance can be held in Australian dollars from the first day. You must be 18 or over, and holding more than one account is not allowed unless we specifically permit it.
Identity checks come afterwards, at our request, and the usual moment is a first withdrawal. Files are uploaded in the Documents section once you are signed in, and the same screen shows the status of each one. Being asked for photo ID, proof of address or a picture of your payment card is the process our terms describe, not a sign that your account is in trouble.
Two rules in our version 2.3 terms do most of the protective work:
- Own-name methods. Whatever you pay with has to be registered to you, and where possible a withdrawal travels back along the route the deposit used. Money leaves only towards the person who owns the account.
- Three-times deposit turnover. Each deposit needs turning over three times before money linked to it can be cashed out. A request made sooner may be declined or charged a processing fee. Put in A$45 and you play through A$135 first.
Our registration guide lists what to have ready before any document request lands.
VegasNow deposit and withdrawal limits, as published
A casino worth trusting publishes its limits before you pay in. These figures are copied from our AU cashier tables; coin rows are stated in the coin itself.
| Route | Paying in | Cashing out |
|---|---|---|
| Card (Visa, Mastercard) | A$30 up to A$10,000 | No card row in the AU cash-out table |
| Cashtocode voucher | A$25 up to A$400 | No row |
| MiFinity e-wallet | A$30 up to A$4,000 | The same A$30 to A$4,000 band |
| Bank transfer (Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire) | No row in the AU deposit table | A$300 up to A$6,000 |
| Bitcoin | Minimum 0.0001 BTC, uncapped | 0.0002 up to 0.12 BTC |
| Tether (USDT) | Minimum 5 USDT, uncapped | 20 up to 4,000 USDT |
The terms then layer account caps over those method ranges, counted on UTC calendar periods: per day the ceiling is A$6,000, per week A$12,000 and per calendar month A$42,000. Large sums may arrive in instalments. We do not charge for deposits ourselves; a payment provider may still levy a fee, and on withdrawals any provider charge is yours to bear.
Two balances show why it pays to read both columns. Say a session ends with A$275. Bank transfer will not take it, because that route starts at A$300, but MiFinity from A$30 or a coin withdrawal will. Now picture A$7,600. No single route moves it in one go, since MiFinity stops at A$4,000 and bank transfer at A$6,000, and the daily cap is A$6,000 too, so plan on two UTC days: perhaps A$6,000 by bank on the first and A$1,600 on the second.
You will not find PayID, POLi or Neosurf in the AU deposit table. A page listing them as VegasNow options is describing some other cashier. Our deposit guide and cash-out guide carry every row.
Bonus conditions you can read before claiming
The welcome package is split over four deposits. Added together, the stages come to a maximum of A$8,000 in bonus funds and 500 free spins.
| Deposit | Match | Free spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 150%, capped at A$1,500 | 200 | None needed |
| 2nd | 100%, capped at A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS2 |
| 3rd | 50%, capped at A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS3 |
| 4th | 25%, capped at A$2,500 | 200 | VEGAS4 |
The general bonus terms, dated 26 February 2024, print the conditions right beside that headline:
- A$20 is the smallest qualifying deposit per offer, though a card or MiFinity payment cannot go below A$30.
- Bonus funds and free-spin winnings each carry a 40× playthrough, and the clock runs for seven days.
- While wagering, no single bet may exceed A$8.
- Cash-out from any one offer stops at A$5,000, and winnings from the welcome spins stop at A$300.
- Spins unlock once the deposit has been played through one time.
- Only one bonus can be live at once, and it works in the casino and live casino, never the sportsbook.
- Games count differently: a pokie stake counts in full (some titles excepted), a roulette stake a quarter, blackjack and game-show stakes a tenth, and baccarat stakes not at all.
- You may turn any bonus down.
Worked example: an A$85 first deposit
A$85 paid by card sits above the A$30 card floor, which is itself above the A$20 the offer asks for. The 150% match adds A$127.50. Forty times that is A$5,100 of qualifying wagering, or about A$728.57 a day across seven days. Spinning a full-contribution pokie at A$4 a time, you would need 1,275 spins. Shift the same effort to roulette, where only a quarter counts, and the stakes required climb to A$20,400. The 200 spins wait until the A$85 has been played through once, and the account rule separately asks for A$255 of turnover, three times the deposit, before related money can leave.
Caps work the same way at the far end. Suppose a lucky run during that wagering lifts the balance well past A$5,000: the per-offer cash-out cap, not the reels, then sets how much of it is payable from that bonus.
Size changes the picture quickly. An A$350 second deposit with VEGAS2 attracts an A$350 bonus and A$14,000 of wagering, which even at the A$8 ceiling means at least 1,750 bets inside a week. A page quoting our offer with no multiplier, a different multiplier or a code for the first deposit is not quoting us. Each stage is worked through on our welcome bonus page.
Offers after the VegasNow welcome package, and how to trace them
A genuine promotion can always be traced to the brand that runs it. Ours appear on the AU promotions page and inside your account, and they follow the same general bonus terms as the welcome stages.
- Lucky 7s Load Up. Every Tuesday, 77% up to A$77, and it can be repeated. An A$90 Tuesday deposit brings A$69.30, which at 40× is A$2,772 of wagering.
- Friday Night Spotlight. 40 free spins on that week's featured game for each qualifying Friday deposit.
- The rest of the calendar. 3-of-a-kind Thursdays, Grand Mondays, Free Spins Flush, Monthly Bankroll Booster, Diamond Club Blackjack Cashback, 7-Deadly Spins and Sunday Split show their conditions on the offer itself. Where a headline term is not published, we leave it blank rather than guess.
Loyalty runs in the background: points from real-money play carry you through seven Las Vegas-themed levels and can be swapped in the Loyalty Store. A figure you can only find on a third-party list, such as a "no deposit" code, did not come from us, because we do not advertise a no-deposit bonus.
Responsible play tools inside your VegasNow account
Two controls live inside your VegasNow account: a deposit limit and self-exclusion. Set the limit while you are calm and before money goes in, not halfway through a bad night. Crypto is the exception to watch. Under section 8.4 of our version 2.3 terms, a deposit limit does not attach to coin deposits, so if you play with crypto, ask support what can restrict it, or keep to a card or MiFinity and have support confirm the limit covers that method.
BetStop is a national register, but its reach is wagering providers licensed in Australia. Our permit comes from Curaçao, so signing up to BetStop alone leaves a VegasNow account open. Use the self-exclusion in your account or write to support@vegasnow.com, and ask us to confirm in writing what the exclusion covers and from which date.
Anyone harmed by gambling, or worried about a person close to them, can ring Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 at any hour; the service is free and confidential. Step-by-step notes on each tool are on our responsible gambling page.
Telling the official VegasNow site from a copy
Lookalike pages sometimes reuse our brand name, our four-stage offer or pictures of our lobby, and then hand the visitor to another casino on the next click. Those pages are not ours. Offers printed on them bind nobody here, and a payment made through them never reaches a VegasNow account.
| Red flag | Why it gives the page away | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The button opens a casino with another name or logo | Our buttons open registration and login on vegasnow.com | Close it and type vegasnow.com yourself |
| A welcome offer other than four stages to A$8,000 plus 500 spins | Our stage amounts and codes are set in published terms | Compare it with our welcome bonus page |
| A code for the first deposit, or a "secret" bigger match | Stage one is code-free; the later codes are VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 | Ignore the code |
| PayID, POLi or Neosurf at the cashier | Not one of the three appears in our AU deposit table | Do not pay through that page |
| A no-deposit bonus sold under our name | No such offer appears in our promotions | Treat the code list as unverified |
| An app store listing or APK download | We have no store-listed app at all and run in the browser | Add vegasnow.com to your Home Screen instead (our mobile page shows how) |
| A support address other than support@vegasnow.com | Our customer care uses that address and live chat | Contact us from vegasnow.com |
| A licence badge that leads nowhere or to another number | Our permit is OGL/2024/164/0246, and Just Entertainment B.V. holds it | Open the certificate directly |
If you have already paid through another brand, that money is held by that brand. Our team has no view of the transaction, so the complaint belongs with them.
Mistakes that catch out careful players
These slips are easy to make, even for people who read the fine print.
- Trusting a seal instead of the record. A graphic proves nothing until it opens the certificate for token 246.
- Typing a password into the wrong address. Sign in only when the bar reads vegasnow.com, and keep one-time codes to yourself.
- Depositing with a partner's card. The own-name rule means the method must be yours from the first payment.
- Asking to withdraw minutes after depositing. The three-times turnover applies whether or not a bonus is running.
- Assuming a deposit limit covers crypto. Section 8.4 says it does not attach to coin deposits.
- Betting more than A$8 a spin while a bonus is live. The ceiling is a published condition, and it counts the total stake per spin, not the stake per line.
- Sending documents through social media. Upload only in the Documents section of your account, never via a profile message or an unfamiliar email address.
- Installing a casino APK. We publish no store app or APK, so treat any file offered as one as unofficial.
When something goes wrong: raising it with VegasNow
Our terms send complaints to customer support first, where they receive an internal review. The terms do not fix a reply time or an outcome, so a clearly set-out message does most of the work for you.
- Write to support@vegasnow.com or open live chat on vegasnow.com, and note the case reference you are given.
- State the amount, date, method and transaction or round reference. For a missing bonus, name the stage and whether you entered VEGAS2, VEGAS3 or VEGAS4.
- Quote the clause you think applies, such as the A$5,000 per-offer cash-out cap or the three-times deposit rule, and ask which clause we applied.
- Keep every reply in one thread; mixing in unrelated questions blurs the timeline.
- Never include passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers.
Before you escalate to an outside body, read what that body says it handles. Our support page has wording you can adapt.

Is VegasNow legit: questions and answers
Does VegasNow hold a gambling licence?
It does. The permit is OGL/2024/164/0246, granted to Just Entertainment B.V. by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 13 August 2024. Open the certificate to see the holder, the status and the approved domains for yourself.
Is this website the licensed casino?
No. vegasnowcasinohubaussie.com explains our rules for Australian readers and is not on the certificate's domain list. Registration, deposits and play happen on vegasnow.com.
Why was I asked for documents when I tried to withdraw?
Our terms keep identity checks apart from sign-up, and a first withdrawal is the usual point for them. Upload in the Documents section of your account and keep the acknowledgement.
Can I use a friend's card or e-wallet?
No. Every method has to be registered to you, the account holder, and a withdrawal returns along the deposit route where possible.
Is there a VegasNow no-deposit bonus?
We do not advertise one. Our free spins are attached to deposits, and "no deposit" codes printed on other sites are unverified.
Is there an official VegasNow app?
No app from VegasNow is listed in the App Store or on Google Play. Open vegasnow.com in your phone browser and add it to the Home Screen for an icon; skip any APK.
Will BetStop block my VegasNow account?
No. BetStop's register is made up of wagering providers licensed in Australia, and our permit is from Curaçao. Use the self-exclusion in your account or contact support, and ask for written confirmation.
A page using your name sent me to another casino. What now?
Do not deposit. Close it and type vegasnow.com yourself. If you already paid the other brand, the money and the complaint sit with them, and we cannot see that transaction.
Does the VegasNow sportsbook run under the same licence?
Yes. The Sports tab on vegasnow.com operates under OGL/2024/164/0246 with the same account, and its own Sportsbook Rules add conditions such as a three-times deposit turnover.
Does VegasNow promise a payout time?
No. We publish method ranges, account caps and the rule that large sums may arrive in instalments, not a measured payout time. A page quoting a set payout time on our behalf is not quoting our terms.
