VegasNow free spins: how the 500 welcome spins reach your account
Our welcome package carries 500 free spins, but they arrive in four blocks tied to four separate deposits, and two of those blocks are released at 40 spins a day. This page follows a spin from payment to withdrawal request, with the 40× wagering, the A$300 cap and the A$8 bet ceiling worked through in numbers. You must be 18+ to play, and every spin offer is optional.

VegasNow free spins at a glance
Five hundred spins reads like one prize. In practice it is four separate allocations, each unlocked by its own deposit. The table is the short version; the sections below explain every row.
| Item | What our offer pages set out |
|---|---|
| Spins in the package | 500 in total |
| Per deposit | 200 on the first, 50 on each of the next two, 200 on the fourth |
| Codes | Stage one needs none; stages two, three and four take VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 |
| What releases a block | One-times wagering of that stage's deposit |
| Release pattern | Stages one and four: five daily sets of 40, each switched on by you. Stages two and three: per their offer cards |
| Wagering on spin winnings | 40× |
| Most that welcome spin winnings can pay | A$300, or the same value in another currency |
| After the welcome package | Friday Night Spotlight adds 40 spins each Friday you make a qualifying deposit |
None of these spins is a sign-up gift, and we do not run a no-deposit spin offer of any kind.
How the 500 VegasNow spins divide across four deposits
Each block belongs to a numbered deposit, not to a calendar date. Your first successful deposit is stage one, the next is stage two, and so on. The spin figure on each stage is a fixed count rather than a percentage, so a modest deposit and a large one at the same stage carry the same published number of spins. Only the cash match grows with the amount.
| Stage | Spins | Code | Release | Cash match |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit | 200 | Not needed | Five daily sets of 40 | 150% up to A$1,500 |
| Second deposit | 50 | VEGAS2 | See the stage-two card | 100% up to A$2,000 |
| Third deposit | 50 | VEGAS3 | See the stage-three card | 50% up to A$2,000 |
| Fourth deposit | 200 | VEGAS4 | Five daily sets of 40 | 25% up to A$2,500 |
Two consequences are easy to miss. The heavy stages are the bookends: 400 of the 500 spins sit on the first and fourth deposits, so someone who stops after two deposits has collected 250. And with a single bonus allowed at any moment, stage three cannot open while stage two is still being wagered. Codes are locked to their stage, so VEGAS4 typed on a second deposit does not jump you to a 200-spin block. Our promo codes page keeps the code table, and the welcome bonus page covers the cash side.
The five-day release on stages one and four
The two 200-spin blocks are not dropped into your account in one lump. They come as five daily sets of 40, and the terms ask you to activate each day's set before it expires.
No set can appear before the stage deposit has met its one-times wagering condition, so day one starts after that point at the earliest. The offer card states when each set opens and closes. By the end of day three you should hold 120 of the 200; by day five, all of them.
Stages two and three list 50 spins each, with release conditions on their own offer cards. Do not assume the 40-a-day rhythm carries over.
Which game the spins run on, and at what stake
A welcome spin is a promotional round on a game chosen for that offer, at a spin value fixed by the offer. You cannot shift a set to another pokie or raise the spin value. The eligible title and the activation deadline are shown with the offer itself, which is the place to check rather than a forum thread.
It also helps to separate two things that share a name. The free spins on your account are a promotion with wagering and a cap attached. Free games inside a pokie, such as the Book symbol feature in Book of Ra, follow that game's own rules and are a separate question.
Because the spin value is fixed, the A$8 maximum bet does not touch the spins themselves. It applies to every bet you choose while wagering what they won.
VegasNow spin conditions and what each one means in practice
The right-hand column turns each published rule into something you can act on.
| Condition | Published figure | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Qualifying deposit | The named stage, A$20 offer minimum | The method floor is often higher: A$30 for card and MiFinity |
| Release condition | 1× the stage deposit | An A$90 deposit needs A$90 of qualifying bets before that stage's spins appear |
| Wagering on winnings | 40× the spin winnings | A$18.50 of winnings becomes A$740 of qualifying turnover |
| Winnings cap | A$300 or equivalent on welcome spins | Spin winnings above A$300 cannot reach cash-out |
| Bonus duration | Seven days | Plan wagering as a daily figure, not a last-night project |
| Maximum bet | A$8 while a bonus is active | Applies from the first wagered round; a bigger stake can cost you the bonus and what it won |
| Match-bonus cash-out cap | A$5,000 per offer | A separate ceiling on the deposit match, not on spin winnings |
| Where to play | Casino and live casino | No sports bets from bonus balances |
| Declining | Permitted under the general terms | You can deposit and play with no offer attached |
Sources for these rows: the stage terms plus the general bonus terms of 26 February 2024. If the offer card in your account shows a more specific condition, that card governs.
Spins, winnings, wagering and cash are four different numbers
Players often read 200 spins as a dollar value. It is a count. The count produces a result, the result picks up a turnover requirement, and only what survives the requirement and the cap can become withdrawable.
- Spins: the number of promotional rounds.
- Winnings: what they return, possibly nothing.
- Wagering: 40 times the winnings in qualifying bets.
- Cash: what is left, limited by the A$300 cap and the withdrawal rules.
Picture a quiet stage where 200 spins return A$18.50. The requirement is A$740 of qualifying play. Now picture an unusually lively stage that returns A$412. The cap means no more than A$300 of that can ever reach your withdrawable balance, so A$112 is lost to the ceiling before a single wagered bet. Whether the 40× is counted on the full return or the capped figure is a point to confirm with support; the cap itself does not move.
Finishing the wagering does not promise that anything remains; the balance can reach zero part of the way through.
Are VegasNow welcome spins no-deposit spins?
No. Every welcome spin is tied to a deposit stage, and no block lands until that stage's deposit has been played through one time. Opening an account does not credit any spins, and we do not issue a no-deposit spin code of any kind.
A message in your account offering spins on other terms is a separate promotion with its own name, dates and conditions. Lists of "no-deposit VegasNow spins" on outside sites are not issued by us. Our no-deposit bonus page sets out what is and is not on offer and how to check a claim without handing anyone your login.
Worked example: an A$85 first deposit through to a withdrawal request
The arithmetic follows the published terms; every result figure is invented and is not a forecast.
1. Deposit A$85 by card
That is above the A$30 card floor, so the A$20 offer minimum is covered too. The 150% match credits A$127.50 in bonus funds, which carries 40× wagering: A$5,100 within seven days, or about A$728.57 a day if spread evenly.
2. Play the deposit through once
The spin part is released after A$85 of qualifying bets, the one-times deposit condition. Until then the account shows the match but not the 200 spins.
3. Activate five daily sets
Suppose the five sets of 40 return A$6.40, nothing, A$12.20, A$3.80 and A$9.60. That is A$32.00 of spin winnings, and 40× turns it into A$1,280 of qualifying turnover on top of the match requirement.
4. Check the caps, then ask for a payout
A$32.00 sits far below the A$300 spin cap, and the match has its own A$5,000 per-offer cash-out cap. A later A$140 withdrawable balance is below the A$300 bank wire minimum, so MiFinity (A$30 to A$4,000) or crypto would be the exits.
Two more rules run beside the bonus. Under terms version 2.3, a deposit must be turned over three times before the money linked to it is withdrawn: A$255 here. Skip that and the request may be refused or carry a processing fee. We can also ask for identity documents before paying out, so send them early; large sums may arrive in instalments.
Add the two requirements and this stage carries A$6,380 of qualifying turnover: A$5,100 on the match plus A$1,280 on the spins. That works out at no fewer than 798 bets of A$8 (797.5 rounded up), or 6,380 at A$1 a spin. A smaller first deposit is often easier to finish inside seven days. Our withdrawals guide lists every exit range.
Game contribution and the A$8 cap when clearing VegasNow spin winnings
Turnover counts by contribution. An A$4 pokie bet counts as A$4; the same A$4 on roulette counts as A$1. Using the A$1,280 from the worked example, this is what each game type needs in stakes.
| Game type | Contribution | Stake needed for A$1,280 | Minimum A$8 rounds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pokies | 100%, exceptions apply | A$1,280 | 160 |
| Roulette | 25% | A$5,120 | 640 |
| Blackjack | 10% | A$12,800 | 1,600 |
| Game shows | 10% | A$12,800 | 1,600 |
| Baccarat | 0% | Does not count | Not possible |
This is not a staking plan. It shows why live tables such as Lightning Roulette, and game shows such as Crazy Time, move the counter slowly, and why baccarat leaves it untouched. The exceptions note on pokies is real too: a single title may count for less or not at all, and the offer terms, not the lobby tile, decide.
The A$8 ceiling holds for every round while a bonus is active, so set the stake before the first wagered round and leave it there.
The cheapest deposits that still unlock all 500 VegasNow spins
The offer pages set A$20 per stage. The cashier sets its own floors, and whichever is higher counts.
| Method | Deposit minimum | Can A$20 qualify? |
|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | A$30, up to A$10,000 | No, A$30 is the lowest card deposit |
| MiFinity | A$30, up to A$4,000 | No |
| Cashtocode | A$25 in the method row, A$30 in the table introduction; up to A$400 | No; confirm which figure your cashier shows |
| Crypto such as BTC, USDT, ETH or LTC | Set coin by coin (5 USDT, 0.0001 BTC) | Possibly, if the credited value reaches the A$20 offer minimum |
| POLi, PayID or Neosurf | Not listed for Australia | Cannot be used |
The low-cost path through all four stages, using Cashtocode at A$25 each time and assuming your cashier applies the row figure:
| Stage | Deposit | Match | Bonus | 40× on bonus | 1× before spins | Spins |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First | A$25 | 150% | A$37.50 | A$1,500 | A$25 | 200 |
| Second | A$25 | 100% | A$25.00 | A$1,000 | A$25 | 50 |
| Third | A$25 | 50% | A$12.50 | A$500 | A$25 | 50 |
| Fourth | A$25 | 25% | A$6.25 | A$250 | A$25 | 200 |
| Total | A$100 | A$81.25 | A$3,250 | A$100 | 500 |
A$100 of deposits reaches all 500 spins under the published structure, with A$3,250 of match wagering spread across four separate seven-day windows; spin winnings then add their own 40×. Each A$25 deposit also carries the three-times deposit rule, A$75. By card at A$30 a stage, the same 500 spins take A$120. Every range is on our payments page.
Friday Night Spotlight: VegasNow free spins after the welcome stages
Once the welcome package is behind you, the recurring source of spins is Friday Night Spotlight. Every Friday deposit that meets the card's conditions brings 40 free spins on whichever game is being featured that week. The featured title rotates weekly, and the code and the game are printed on the offer card inside your account. It repeats on later Fridays under our general bonus terms: 40× on winnings, seven days and the A$8 maximum bet.
| Feature | Welcome spins | Friday Night Spotlight |
|---|---|---|
| Spins | 200, 50, 50 and 200 across four deposits | 40 per qualifying Friday deposit |
| Code | Stage one none; VEGAS2 to VEGAS4 after | Printed on the Friday card |
| Wagering on winnings | 40× | 40× under the general terms |
| Winnings cap | A$300 on welcome spins | Check the offer card; no figure on the public page |
| Repeatable | No, one pass through the package | Yes, on later Fridays |
A Friday example: an A$45 card deposit that meets that week's conditions brings 40 spins. If they return A$14.60, the wagering is A$584, or 73 rounds at A$8. The deposit's own three-times rule adds A$135 of turnover.
The one-bonus rule is where Friday plans come unstuck. If your fourth deposit lands on a Wednesday, its 200 spins are still releasing over the weekend, and a Friday deposit cannot attach Spotlight spins while stage four is active. Finish or decline the stage first, or wait a week. The full calendar is on our weekly promotions page.
Missing spins: what to check before contacting VegasNow support
Most missing-spin cases are a condition not yet met. Check these first.
- Has the stage deposit been wagered once?
- Did the deposit carry the correct stage code?
- Is another bonus still running, such as a Tuesday Lucky 7s Load Up reload or an unfinished earlier stage?
- On stages one and four, is a daily set waiting for activation, or did one pass its deadline?
- Did the payment use a listed method, above its floor, in your own name?
If none of those explains it, email support@vegasnow.com or open live chat. Give the stage number, the deposit reference, the amount and currency, the time and the exact on-screen message, and ask which condition is holding the spins. Leave passwords and one-time codes out of the message. Do not make a second deposit to test the first; that only adds a stage to untangle. Contact routes are on our support page.
Common mistakes with VegasNow free spins
- Expecting 500 spins at sign-up. They arrive in four blocks across four deposits.
- Skipping a day on a 200-spin stage. Each day's 40 must be switched on before its deadline.
- Typing a later code early. VEGAS4 belongs to the fourth deposit and nothing else.
- Lifting the stake above A$8. The ceiling covers every bet while a bonus is active, including spin-winnings wagering.
- Clearing on baccarat. It contributes nothing; blackjack and game shows count 10%, roulette 25%.
- Treating A$300 and A$5,000 as one cap. One limits welcome spin winnings, the other the match bonus per offer.
- Leaving verification to the end. Upload documents early; a check requested after wagering can hold up a payout.
Every spin offer is optional, and you must be 18+ to take one. If wagering targets start to feel like something to chase, set a deposit limit in your account or ring Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. The tools are listed on our responsible gambling page.
VegasNow free spins: questions and answers
Do I get all 500 VegasNow free spins when I open an account?
No. Opening an account credits nothing. The 500 are spread 200, 50, 50 and 200 across your first four deposits, and each block waits until that deposit has been played through once.
What happens if I miss activating one day's set of 40?
On stages one and four every daily set carries its own deadline, and one left past it can lapse under the offer terms. If a set never appeared, contact support with the stage and date while the window is open.
Can I choose which pokie my welcome spins are played on?
No. The game and the spin value are set by the offer and shown with it. A set cannot be moved to another title or played at a higher value.
How much can welcome free spins win?
Welcome spin winnings are capped at A$300 or currency equivalent, separate from the A$5,000 per-offer cap on the match bonus. The winnings still carry 40× wagering.
Does the A$8 maximum bet apply while I wager spin winnings?
Yes. Any bet placed while a bonus is active has to be A$8 or less, and that includes the rounds you use to clear the 40× on spin winnings.
Do Friday Night Spotlight spins stack on an unfinished welcome stage?
No. A single bonus runs at any moment, so the open stage must be finished, expire or be declined before a Friday deposit can add its 40 spins.
Are there VegasNow free spins without a deposit?
No. We do not advertise no-deposit spins or a no-deposit spin code; every spin offer here starts with a qualifying deposit.
